Advocate Ella Gur is a senior and managing partner of the firm, and the head of the tender law, public and administrative law and labor law departments.

Born in Israel in 1963. Graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1997 and obtained a Master of Law degree (LL.M). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1998. Advocate Gur joined the firm as an intern in 1997, later became an associate in 1998 and is a senior partner since 2004. Fluent in Hebrew, English and French.

Advocate Ella Gur is highly experienced and is an expert in tender law and provides ongoing and occasional legal counsel to tender preparers (mainly in the public sector) and to bidders, in public or closed tenders and other competitive processes, and deals with tender litigation in courts of all levels. advovate Gur is also involve in legislation proceedings on tender issues at the Knesset, and lectures on tender law in academic institutions and other private and public forums.
