The firm engages in ongoing and continuous or occasional legal counsel to business corporations and individuals, accompanies their various activities and manages assets for clients overseas and in Israel.
As part of legal services in the field of commerce, the firm handles establishing and liquidating corporations, preparing incorporation documents according to the objectives and organizational structure of the corporation, creating amendments based on corporate decisions, taking part in ongoing activities, including participation in shareholders meetings, board of directors meetings or sub-committees meetings, participation in the process of appointment or selection of officers and executives in accordance as well as guidance of officers and executives in connection with their role in the corporation.
