Isra Awad

Born in Israel in 1986. Graduated from the College of Law & Business in Ramat-Gan in 2009 obtained a Law degree (LL.B). Obtained a Master degree (M.P.A) in administration and Public Policy from Haifa University with special expertise in Municipal Government. Graduated the Ministry of the Interior’s program for outstanding students – “Cadets for Municipal Government”. Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2014. Joined the firm as an attorney in 2022. Fluent in Hebrew, Arabic and English.

Advocate Awad is highly experienced in the Tender Law, Municipal Law and Planning and Construction law. Before joining the firm, she served as Deputy legal Advisor and the Legal Advisor to the Engineering Department of a Municipality and as the Director of the Tenders Department in another Municipality. Provides ongoing and occasional legal counsel in those areas to the office’s clients such as: municipalities, municipal and public corporations, statutory corporations, associations and government companies, governmental ministries and departments and others.

Main expertise: Tender Law, Municipal Law, and Planning and Construction Law.
