Our team
The head of the firm is Advocate Daniel Alon, and the senior and managing partners are Advocate Daniel Alon and Advocate Ella Gur. Advocate Meirav Knoller joined the firm as an associate partner. The firm employs associate attorneys, of counsel attorneys, and legal interns as well as professional employees and secretarial and administrative staff.
The work is divided to departments of expertise. The heads of departments are: Advocate Daniel Alon head of business and commercial law and corporations, NPO and litigation departments; Advocate Ella Gur head of tender law, public and Administrative law and labor law departments; Advocate Hilal Agbaria head of real-estate and property law and real-estate liens and attachments department.

Daniel Alon, Advocate | Head of the office and managing partner
Born in Israel in 1950. Graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1975 and obtained a law degree (LL.B). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1976. Advocate Daniel Alon initially joined the firm as an intern in 1974, and became an associate and a senior partner in 1976. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Advocate Daniel Alon is the head of the firm and senior managing partner and head of business and commercial law, corporate law and NPOs and litigation departments.
Advocate Alon has extensive experience and is an expert in business and commercial law, corporate law, real-estate and property law, real-estate taxation, administrative and public law and other areas of civil law. He has been the legal counsel for many years to business corporations and entrepreneurs as well as non-profit organizations by both accompanying their ongoing activity and conducting litigation at civil courts of all levels, including the Supreme Court, labor Courts, and all other legal tribunals and state authorities.
Advocate Alon served as a Judge, first in the district and later on in the supreme tribunal of discipline of the Israel Bar Association, and as a director in The Israeli Stock-Exchange Authority for two terms of office, and acquire know how and experience in the field of capital market.

Ella Gur, Advocate and Mediator | Managing partner
Born in Israel in 1963. Graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1997 and obtained a Master of Law degree (LL.M). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1998. Advocate Gur joined the firm as an intern in 1997, later became an associate in 1998 and is a senior partner since 2004. Fluent in Hebrew, English and French.
Advocate Ella Gur is a senior and managing partner of the firm, and the head of the tender law, public and administrative law and labor law departments.
Advocate Ella Gur is highly experienced and is an expert in tender law and provides ongoing and occasional legal counsel to tender preparers (mainly in the public sector) and to bidders, in public or closed tenders and other competitive processes, and deals with tender litigation in courts of all levels. advovate Gur is also involve in legislation proceedings on tender issues at the Knesset, and lectures on tender law in academic institutions and other private and public forums.
Advocate Gur is also highly experienced in the public and administrative law as well as labor law, and is a qualified and experienced mediator and represents firm clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Meirav Knoller, Advocate | Associate partner
Born in Israel in 1970. Graduated from the Tel Aviv University and obtained a degree in law (LL.B) and a master degree in philosophy (M.A). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1995. Advocate Meirav Knoller joined the firm in 2011 as an associate partner. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Advocate Meirav Knoller specializes in administrative and public law and tenders law and serves as an ongoing legal advisor to corporations and companies. Advocate Knoller provides ongoing and occasional legal counsel involving commercial engagements by administrative authorities and tourist organizations and deals with tender litigation in courts of all levels.
Advocate Knoller lectures to various forums, both academic frameworks and others, on tenders law and related aspects of administrative law.

Hilal Agbaria, Advocate
Born in Israel in 1977. Graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2000 and obtained a law degree (LL.B). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2001. Advocate Agbaria joined the firm as an intern in 2000 and later became an associate attorney in 2001. Fluent in Hebrew and Arabic.
Advocate Hilal Agbaria is the head of the real-estate and property law department of the firm. He is highly experienced and is an expert in this field and provides an ongoing or occasional basis legal services to firm clients, both corporate and individuals. Advocate Hilal Agbaria is also specializes in litigation in the real-estate and property law and other fields of the commercial law, and manages the firm’s liasions with authorities and organizations in the Arab sector as well as the Arab population in Israel.

Chen Matalon, Advocate
Born in Israel in 1985. Graduated from the College of Management Academic Studies in 2011 and obtained a law degree (LL.B.). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2012. Advocate Matalon joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2012. Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Michal Frankel, Advocate

Tamar Paz-Te'eny, Advocate
Born in Israel in 1966. Graduated from the Tel-Aviv University and obtained a law degree (LL.B) in 1999 and also obtained a bachelor degree (BA) in philosophy and a master degree (MA) in cognitive research of language and its implementation. Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2000. Advocate Paz-Te’eny joined the firm in 2017. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Advocate Paz-Te’eny is highly experienced and is an expert in the civil law field with an emphasis on communication, labor and tender law. She provides ongoing and occasional legal counsel to firm clients, corporations and individuals in these fields, and legally accompanying their activity. Dana Werdiger, Advocate
Born in Israel in 1988. Graduated from the College of Law and Business in Ramat-Gan, and obtained a law degree (LL.B.). Advocate Werdiger joined the firm as an intern and later on as a paralegal. Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2019. Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Shay Moola, Advocate
Born in Israel in 1988. Graduated from the College of Law and Business in Ramat-Gan, and obtained a law degree (LL.B). Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2019. Advocate Moola made an internships in the firm of S. Shimron, Y. Melcho, Persky & Co, in a variety of legal fields of civil and commercial law. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Advocate Moola is experienced in the tender law and commercial litigation, handling complex litigation cases and represents the firm clients in civil courts, While providing ongoing legal counsel in these fields.
During his studies, Advocate Moola took part in a Legal Clinic dealing with High Court of Justice and legislation, in which he wrote a white paper on the subject of TAMA 38, and the implications and implementation of the program.
Advocate Moola holds a certificate of Import, Export and International Trade from the Israeli Institute in the Ministry of Economy.

Tzachi Gabay, Advocate
Born in Israel in 1974, obtained a Law degree (LL.B) from Netanya Academic College, graduated with honors. Obtained LLM in law studies and another bachelor’s degree, in History of the Middle East, graduate with honors, from Bar Ilan university. Advocate Gabay is graduate of the National Defense Intelligence College, C.S.I.T.P., at Washington DC, and the Senior State Intelligence Course at the Prime Minister’s Office. Fluent in Hebrew, English and Arabic.
Advocate Gabay has over twenty years of active duty in the Israeli Intelligence Corps (. Ret, Lt. Col.), he refined his experience in the fields of High tech and technology Commerce, Data protection & Privacy Compliance, intellectual property matters and privacy issues. Tzachi advices our clients at all aspects of those issues.
Advocate Gabay also Specialized in litigation and court representations of our Office clients in contractual and general litigation, including tender; civil and commercial suits.
Advocate Gabay is Member of the Israeli Bar Association, and joined our office at 2020, after interning at the State Attorney’s office – The Cybercrime Department.

Dr. Ofer Tur-Sinai, Advocate
Born in Israel in 1970. Obtained an LL.B from Hebrew University and an LL.M from Columbia University, both summa cum laude, and an LL.D from Hebrew University. Member of the Israeli bar association since 1998. Of counsel in the firm since 2017. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Dr. Ofer Tur-Sinai is a faculty member at Ono Academic College, where he teaches courses in intellectual property law, private international law and high tech law. His primary research areas are intellectual property and innovation policy. He has published extensively in Israeli & U.S. law journals and is the author of the book “Cumulative Innovation in Patent Law” (2017). Alongside his academic career, Ofer has developed a vast practical experience in intellectual property matters and in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements (including, for example, venture capital transactions, technology licenses and clinical trial agreements). He provides ongoing and occasional legal counseling to the firm’s clients on such matters.
